Learn how to set up the app

It only takes a few simple steps to get the app up and running in just minutes.

Before you start You’ll need the below before setting up the app:

• An Amazon Seller account or Amazon Supply chain account

• Inventory at an Amazon fulfillment center

• SKU codes assigned to the products you wish to ship

• (Optional) A Shopify account with carrier-calculated rates enabled is required for carrier-calculated rates provided by Amazon. Learn more or contact Shopify support

Marketplace/countries available

Currently, only the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia are available. We are working on adding new countries very soon.

Step 1 - Connect to Amazon

• Connect your Amazon account Follow the prompts to login and connect your Amazon account. You'll be redirected back to Shopify once your Amazon account has been connected. Learn more

Step 2 - Update settings

Update your setting preferences.

• Choose the shipping origin (marketplace)

  Choose the country/region you would like to ship from. This will be the same as the Amazon marketplace selected when connecting your account. Learn more

• Choose how you want your Amazon orders fulfilled

  Select if you would like your orders to be automatically fulfilled or manually approved. If it’s your first time using the app, we recommend setting fuflillment to manual to test a few orders first. Learn more

• Add shipping rates

  Here you can set your shipping rates and the eligible products to wish to display to customers at checkout. Choose from custom rates or carrier-calculated rates provided by Amazon. Note: a Shopify account with carrier-calculated rates enabled is required for carrier-calculated rates provided by Amazon. Learn more

• Prioritizing locations (optional) Prioritizing the "Amazon Fulfillment Center" location will ensure the rates associated with this location will be shown first (when eligible) at checkout. Learn more

• Activate the app

  When you are ready to start processing orders, activate the app. You can activate or deactivate the app as needed without losing your saved settings. Learn more

Step 3 - Link products

Product linking is vital for Amazon order fulfillment and inventory syncing.

• Add inventory to the "Amazon Fulfillment Center" location Before you can sync your product SKUs with Amazon, you will need to update the inventory quantity of each product for the location "Amazon Fulfillment Center". Learn more

• Link products SKUs with Amazon Navigate to the "Product linking" section of the app. Products with inventory assigned to the "Amazon Fulfillment Center" location will now be available for linking. Simply add the corresponding Amazon SKU code with your products. Learn more
